Festive events
Have a holly jolly season everyone! Some Heartland villages turn into festive wonderlands in the lead-up to the holidays. Twinkling lights, Christmas songs, scents of roasted chestnuts and joyous laughter; they all invite us to become children for a while.
The village squares fill up with little wooden cabins selling gifts and inspired handcrafts, local products, warming drinks and Christmassy delicacies. These events are enriched with many activities for adults and children alike, Santa Clauses, bingos, children choirs, games, workshops and much more.
